Peach Mojito

How to Make It:  Serves 1

  • 10-12 Smaller Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Juice from 1/2 of a Lime
  • 1 Small Peach, Peeled and Cut into Chunks
  • 1.5 Ounces White Rum (1.5 shots)
  • 2 Tablespoons Hudson & Lee Honey Simple Syrup
  • Crushed Ice
  • Splash of Club Soda (We like to use SanPellegrino Sparkling Water-less ingredients)
  • Mint Sprig, Lime Slice, and Peach Slice for Garnish

Muddle (or mash) mint leaves, lime juice and peach chunks in a tall glass, give about 8 firm presses.  *If you don't have a muddler use the back of a wooden spoon or the handle part of a rolling pin.  Fill glass with crushed ice, then add rum and Hudson & Lee Honey Simple Syrup.  Stir well.  Top with a splash of club soda or sparkling water and garnish with a mint sprig, peace slice and a lime slice.  Enjoy!

Strawberry Mojito

How to Make It:  Serves 1

  • 10-12 Smaller Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Juice from 1/2 of a Lime (or 1/2 Lime Quartered)
  • 3 Strawberries, Sliced
  • 1.5 Ounces White Rum (1.5 shots)
  • 2 Tablespoons Hudson & Lee Honey Simple Syrup
  • Crushed Ice
  • Splash of Club Soda (We like to use SanPellegrino Sparkling Water-less ingredients)
  • Mint Sprig, Lime Slice, and Strawberry for Garnish

Muddle (or mash) mint leaves, lime juice (or muddle lime quartered slices--up to you if you just want the juice or lots of lime since lime and strawberry goes so well together) and strawberry chunks in a tall glass, give about 8 firm presses.  *If you don't have a muddler use the back of a wooden spoon or the handle part of a rolling pin.  Fill glass with crushed ice, then add rum and Hudson & Lee Honey Simple Syrup.  Stir well.  Top with a splash of club soda or sparkling water and garnish with a mint sprig, lime slice and strawberry.  Enjoy!


RED, WHITE & BLUEBERRY MOJITOS

How to make it - serves 1

  • 2 Sliced Fresh Strawberries (plus more for garnish)
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Blueberries (plus more for garnish)
  • 10-12 Fresh Mint Leaves (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/2 Lime Juiced ( 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice)
  • 2 Tbsp Hudson & Lee Honey Simple Syrup
  • 1 & 1/2 oz White Rum (or 1 & 1/2 shots)
  • Crushed Ice
  • Club Soda

Muddle together at the bottom of a tall glass: the blueberries, strawberries, mint leaves, and honey simple syrup using a bar muddler or anything with a rounded handle (dough roller, whisk, etc.) until the berries break down.  Add the rum and stir to combine.  Fill the glass with ice, then top with club soda.  Stir to combine then add extra sliced strawberries, blueberries and mint leaves to the top of the glass for garnish.  Cheers!  


Mango Mojito

How to make it - serves 1

  • 12 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Either fresh, juicy mango pieces or 1.5 shots of Pure Mango Juice
  • 1/2 of a Lime, quartered
  • 1.5 Ounces White Rum (1.5 shots)
  • 1 Tablespoon Hudson & Lee Honey Simple Syrup
  • Crushed Ice
  • Splash of Club Soda
  • Mint Sprig and Lime Slice for Garnish

Muddle (or mash) mint leaves, lime quarters and either mango chunks or mango juice in a tall glass, give about 8 firm presses. Fill glass with crushed ice, then add rum and Hudson & Lee Honey Simple Syrup. Stir well. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a mint sprig and lime slice. Enjoy!
